You may decrease capital gains tax when you donate appreciated stock, bonds, and mutual funds. Giving these assets can be a simple electronic transfer using the app below. You can also complete the stock transfer form below and send it to your advisor.
Stock Donation Process
- Enter the Stock ticker, quantity of shares, your contact info, and broker information. (If your broker isn't listed as a supported broker, select "other" and enter the brokerage account.
- Virtually sign to complete the pledge.
- You'll receive a confirmation of your pledge via email.
