Bekah Mense
Dr. Mense joined the veterinarian team in April 2021. She is a recent transplant to the west coast and has lived all across the USA, but grew up in rural NY state. In her free time, Dr. Mense likes to read, get outside, and bake.
"I have been a lifelong animal lover. I was known for crawling out of my crib to sleep with the family dog. Now I hope to instill this love of animals in my own growing family of the two- and four-legged variety!"
Making a Difference
Dr. Mense enjoys working in a specialty and referral facility where she can learn from her colleagues, brainstorm as a team on difficult cases, and help new veterinarians grow. She likes the fast pace and variety of emergency medicine. The ER gives her the chance to help so many pets and their families on some of their worst days.
